Mac

Technician

Raised in El Paso, Mac is a proud graduate of Del Valle High School. He began his career as a technician in 2002, later honing his craft in HVAC at Western Technical College in 2006. In 2012, fate stepped in when he met Dr. Case at the Northeast Veterinary Clinic—a connection that blossomed into a lifelong partnership.

Born in Chicago, Mac has called El Paso home for most of his life. Since 2014, he’s embraced his greatest adventure yet: being a stay-at-home dad to their three wonderful children.  When he's not cheering on the kids or managing the daily whirlwind of family life, Mac finds his freedom on the trails, fueling his love for mountain biking.

Samantha

Receptionist

I have been in the veterinary field for over 12 years and have created some of my best memories alongside some truly amazing people.  Over the years, I’ve explored other career paths, but my heart has always led me back to working with animals.  As many can imagine, working in this field is incredibly rewarding—not only because of the animals we care for but also because of the lasting relationships we build with our clients.

It has been a pleasure working alongside Dr. Case for the past 12 years and witnessing her

growth as both a veterinarian and now as the owner of her own clinic.  Dr. Case embodies the same core values that have always made our work so meaningful, and it’s been an honor to be part of this exciting new chapter and something truly special.

Kara

Vet Assistant

Hi, I’m Kara. I recently graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. I have a lifelong passion for animal care and well-being. Throughout my academic journey, I developed a strong foundation in animal health, behavior, and nutrition, which further inspired my goal of becoming a veterinarian.
I truly enjoy spending time with my pets and learning from every opportunity to care for animals firsthand. These experiences have strengthened my dedication to veterinary medicine and my desire to make a positive impact in the field. I plan to attend veterinary school, where I’m eager to continue expanding my knowledge and clinical skills.
I’m especially excited to begin working with Dr. Case, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship that will help me grow. My ultimate goal is to provide compassionate, high-quality care to animals while building meaningful relationships with the people who love them.
